With Thanksgiving just a single sleep away, most of us are already half-living in the kitchen, prepping sides, juggling timers, and wondering how early is too early to sneak the first slice of pie.

In that spirit, this week’s newsletter is all about making life easier on your plate. No industry deep-dives this time. No algorithm drama. Just a clean lineup of new platform updates designed to save you time, tidy up your workflow, and keep your teams from hunting for information like it’s the last can of cranberry sauce at the grocery store.

  Update 1: Clearer Keyword Management With CSV Tags + Conflict Detection

Keyword organization just got a lot smoother. You’ll now see exactly where your keywords came from and where they belong with 3 core updates:

Any keyword uploaded via CSV will display a small “Imported from CSV” tag. Keywords originally discovered by Adaptify will appear with no tag. This creates an easy visual distinction between what you added manually and what the platform identified for you.

If you try adding a keyword that already exists in another cluster, the system will now show you exactly where it lives. For example, if “Apples” already belongs to the “Sweet” cluster and you attempt to place it into “Fruit,” you’ll see a notice showing the cluster it’s already

When you export your keyword list, you’ll now see a new “Source” column identifying whether each keyword was imported or generated by Adaptify. This should make filtering, cleaning, and reorganizing large sets much easier.

All of these updates are live now and designed to make keyword cleanup and cluster management more transparent for your team.

Update 2: Site Tags for Better Multi-Site Organization

For agencies managing many clients, sorting through sites can feel like picking through the dessert table looking for that one pie you swore you saw earlier.

Site Tags should help.

You can now add custom tags to any site in your account. Name them however you’d like, apply multiple tags to a single site, and use them to create a cleaner view of your client list.

To add tags, open Website Settings, go to Website Labels, and either type in a new tag or select an existing one from the dropdown.

These tags will then appear at the top of your dashboard, making it easier to filter and focus on the sites you need.

Update 3: Archive Old Proposals to Keep Your Workspace Clean

You can now tidy up your Proposal list by archiving the ones you no longer need front and center.

To archive a proposal:

Open the proposal Click the three-dot menu in the upper right Select “Archive”

It will move into the new Archived Proposals section beneath your active list.

You can revisit or unarchive any item at any time. This keeps your Proposal workspace organized as your library grows, while preserving full access to older drafts.

Update 4: New Client-Side Editing Controls for Reports

You now have more control over what clients can and cannot edit in their portals.

There is a new toggle in your White Label SEO Reporting Settings that completely disables client editing for text, images, tables, and headers. Agencies who prefer a review-only workflow can now lock down reports while maintaining visibility for clients.
